I am seeking advice regarding the forced resignation without giving the notice. what will be relevant law under which we can register the complaint

If you want to make a complaint against the grievances you were made to suffer you can straight away make one giving the details instead of looking for he provisions of law, it is the job of your lawyer to invoke the provisions of law

You can engage a lawyer to issue notice to the employer as you did not state the conditions of the appointment letter.
