Sir
I had been given affidavit for our colony association formation
In that affidavit I had been I had no objection to form association in my own house
Previously when I signed affidavit I am joint secretary
Now I not having any post in our association committee
My query there will be any legal issues in my property
Please guide me

We formed colony Association on that time I had given affidavit
Mentioning
My Name, Father Name, Plot No. Of my house
I that affidavit I had been clearly mentioned on had no objection to establish association in my own house for which I will not collect rent from association
Is there any legal issues later on my property

As your property is on your name by a registered title deed, what is your worry about it now?
If somebody is trying to grab your property you may take legal action as per law.

You are giving an affidavit that you give one room for association office purposes without rent. It can be given one room is allotted for office purposes. then no problem.
