Regarding my friend chirsten divorce case

hi friends,

one of my friend who live in bangalore, who wanted to get divorce from her marriage life.

she is catholic chirsten marriage happend in kerala , she and her husband stays in bangalore.

what is steps she has to follow?

is she needed one year seperation before filing Mutual divorce suit?

OR

she can marry in bangalore / Mumbai with new boy and register there if she is getting.

please help in this situation.

Is your friend a Christian or another? Did they complete one year of marriage?

Has the husband consented to mutual divorce?

If they both are residing in Bangalore, then they can apply for divorce in Bangalore.
It is pertinent that they should have lived separately away from each other prior to institution of the proposed mutual consent divorce.
She can subsequently contract second marriage anywhere she would be desirous of.
