Please find the error in the following sentence and correct me :
1. During your next visit to my place, you shall collect the certificates.
2. While coming, you shall bring the company seal.
I may wait for the views of experts on the above two sentences with suitable corrections.

Thanks for the response.
However, I would still expect the answer with basis and the reason why the sentences need to be changed.
I would also like to know why the sentences should not be in the above manner.
I may request for some more clarification.

1. You can collect the certificate during your next visit to my place.
2. You shall bring the company seal when you come.
Positive and straight thinking/sentences are more effective than curved because meaning can be misinterpreted in that situation.

I wonder anyone can get away with the company seal which is the signature of the company to any document on which it is affixed and binds the company for all obligations undertaken in the document. The company seal is required to be kept at the registered office of the company in the custody of a director of the company or the company secretary, as may be authorized by the Board and the common seal shall not be moved from the registered office except under the authority of a resolution of the Board.
See the Secretarial standard on affixing of common seal (ss -8)issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in this regard.
So the sentence no. 2 is not correct.

And i am wondered why a person is putting here on LCI query part, a question related to english grammer.
We are here to resolve legal queries and not to sovle grammetical questions.

I fully support our learned brother on this issue. All successful lawyers do possess excellent dictum to carry out profession. Since all our fundamental laws have English origin there is no harm is getting close to perfection as far as language is concerned.
