How can we restored land in kulkayada?
how can we challenged 32M and 32G?
if land is adivasi then kulkayada land can be restored?
were to make a apeal?

As per Revenue Rules, Adivasi land can NOT be BOUGHT. If it is taken on lease, it is a compromise between the two (Adivasi and Land tiller). Please study Revenue Rules as well as see classification of land owned by the Adivasi because most of the time it is seen that Govt has allotted land to landless under ceiling act and classification of such land is Class II which can not be sold, mortgaged to bank (Except Co-op Bank) etc.
Even if somebody desires to sell the Land (Class II), he will have to first arrive at market cost to be ascertained by Town Planner, then submit application to Collector who will forward with his remarks to Divisional commissioner who can sanction the sell of such land but condition is if the land is sold, half the amount is to be deposited by the owner in Govt treasury.
The title of the land still remains same viz Class II. So please be careful while purchasing agri land and when there are restrictions over the purchase of such land so further question of making it as of kulkayda does not arise.

My land is suituated is Mumbai city its of 34.5 gunthas land. My mom parnani had purchase that land by paying 400rupees we are having a record of that purchased land. Purchased has made in 1947. After some year Parnani's husband made a kararnama for 5 years in 1952 with x party if its is given the land to them but they were not giving anything from land. kulkayada comes in 1st april 1957 called thriller day. On 26 july 1957 they given a letter to mamledar that my name as come in that land records so please cancel the name in your record and kindly enter the name of landlord. Some more year pass in 1962 they given a letter to talati that we a owerner of that land. So in 24-4-1964 my moms parnani died. So after that there was no one to look as after that land.
Can we get our land back?
