If NBFC puts a case in arbitration and also files 138, can their agents still visit borrower to recover money despite these above 2 proceedings underway??

Record their visits (audio/visual) and tell them the matter is sub judice and to stop the visits and write to you by letter thru Redg. post.only.

And write (under proper acknowledgment) to NBFC to stop the visits and write to you by letter thru Redg. post.only.
