Advice please us My 4 mama's (Mother ke Brothers) make a fake will after his fathers death and make fool us from last 1992, We know right now open all game from my cousin file case in Hon'ble civil court declare will forge fake will after my grandfather death and taken succession certificate transfer all huge valuable property in his name and sale on big amount taken all huge money from banks how i file first investigate ragistered aganist them or strongly file case 420 how freez acounts of them

Respected Sir,

We know this settlement between my cosine and 4 mama
very secret but i watch in honble court and i collect all necessary required documents from there settlements

After there settlement one mama sudden death with heart attack we all busy in his kiryakaram after we again ask to our three mama or died mama elder son but the ignore us not picked our phones when we want to meet
they leave that area

we not engage a Counsel for that work only collect evidence

please advice us what we start from?

Discuss with local lawyer, file case of partition and setting aside the forge will.

Gather all evidences / documents to prove the will as forged.
