Hi,
I have received a legal notice from an advocate regarding non payment of salary.
I am getting this notice from one of my coworker, he was introduced to the company by me. I am looking for legal advise to reply the notice.

I will provide the details in private, if anyone can help me out in this regard.

Was their any agreement that made Co-worker liable to pay salary?

How a salary can be paid to a lawyer?

A lawyer cannot become an employee without surrendering his license and if he do so he cannot be termed as a lawyer.
