I had partnership with lawyer in some manufacturing unit but he being lawyer fraudulently grabbed me in Fraud case and is trying to extort money from me but I got to know that being lawyer he has to surrender his licence before bar council to run any other profit making business but he haven't done that . So how could I right petition to bar council against them.
