Tree fall down on my house roof in rain regarding

Dear sir I'm from kanyakumari., tamilnadu Yesterday Due to the rain my neighbor house teak wood was fall down on my house and house roof was fully collapsed. Firstly my neighbor told he will give for the expenses. It was estimated around 50000 by the contractor. Now he is telling he cannot give that much money like that.... What I can do when he refusing to give the equaliance.... When I m going to legal service it will be benifit for me for my lose Ur reply is appreciated

Send lawyer legal notice to him to pay estimated amount to you for repairs.
