Is it rental agreement mandatory

Respected Sir,

IF monthly rental agreement is not executed between landlord and tenant. In this case on legal grounds who is weak and how is strong

It is for the sake of the Land lord. It is also a record to the tenant to safeguard his right.

Rental agreement even for 11 months is to be registered mandatorily in Maharashtra, in other states it is an option.
The advantages and disadvantages of a registered agreement will depend on the nature of the perspective view one who sees it.
