Record all calls and lodge police complaint.

You may file Complaint to police station mentioning all facts.and mention all phone numbers threatening you. You may approach dist supdt of police of area .but still if no progress then you may file a cr.case in chief judicial magistrate court mentioning all facts.good luck.n.b.sawant .advocate high court
