Resignation

Dear Team,
I was working with one of the reputed organization of this country and at the time of appointment i had been cinveyed to serve 3 months notice period at the time of resignation.Now after 6 years of service with this organization i have resigned and want to join other company. the new company is ready to buy back my notice period but my company is not allowing me and is threatening me for termination. Resignation has already been accepted.Request your views

What is the notice period mentioned in notice of resignation tendered by you?



Is it stated in appointment letter that employer and/or employee can tender notice pay in lieu of notice period?

What was last drawn salary?


Has the company issue threat in writng?

Did you record the threat (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted)?


Why the company is issuing such threat?


Have you downloaded the evidence of NO tasks are pending at your end?

Admittedly, your resignation has been accepted. Then how you could be terminated? The threat, prima facie, is an empty one.
