Regarding Defamation case

Dear Experts, can I file defamation case against my wife for speaking wrong against me and my mom in petition? I can deny around 50% of her claims and rest 50% can't be denied because they are completely false and even she can't prove it, because those things never happened. Also can i use that petition for filing divorce?

nothing clear what do you mean

it appears that you want not to oppose 50% what you believe is false and remaining 50% you want to oppose.

as long as the case is not decided in your favour just forget that "defamation" word exists in dictionary.
