Any lawyer can handle the case against the state. You have a misconception about the word NOTARY.

Actually, i have a doubt for a very long period that by holding a public office, how can he handle a case against State....
Thats it... There is no any background for my querry sir...
I request you to kindly clarify that by holding a public office (a notary public), how can he fight a case against State...
