can a complaint under section 138 NI (amendment) ordinance, 2015 can be filed against the cases transferred but not filed as per Dasrath Rathore judgement and against the legal notice given in the month of February March, April and May, 2015 with an application for condonation of delay. If yes, how?

The ordinance will come on any day as soon as PRESIDENT arrives back from foreign tour.

But be prepared for marry go round for this legislation since there is no majority in RAJYA SABHA for the Govt so either the proposed ordinance will lapse after its life or Govt will have to make major changes in it to satisfy other parties.

Far the present there are ample opportunities for the accused to raise objections for re filing on technical grounds.
