Hiii I have issue in my surname my surname is singh but my all certificates name have sandeep kumar recently I have created my all documents and bank account with my surname sandeep singh my question is there any problem in future like when m doing job and what should I do now for legal process

Make an affidavit sown in through a 1st class magistrate and get in published in the news paper.

Get a sworn affidavit prepared, give insertion in two news papers and get it published in state gazette.

Adding a surname to the existing name is also termed as change of name for which the necessary formalities are to be followed thereby. The affidavit, gazette publication are certain formalities to be observed in this regard.
