Could any one of you please let me know the process of succession certificate from the court?

How much money will be spend for getting succession certificate?

For succession certificate court will charge you 10% on the value of the deposits in Bank/Financial institutions/Life Insurance polices etc. The lawyer may take somewhere between 10 K to 20K.
