SIR a suit for recovery is pending at stage last opportunity for dws in civil court.can court impose cost on plaintif for his non appearance on the date fixed for proper order as on effective date of hearing judge was on leave?

yes, court can impose cost on plaintiff as court has enormous powers under section 151 of CPC.
