i have Genetics laboratory for partner ship but two partner are relese so i can not under stand how i convert pancard to propriter plz ans

No , you can not.
Apply fresh pan card.

You should use personal PAN card for proprietorship. After finalisation of accounts of partnership / partnership dissolution, PAN card should be discontinued / surrendered. file the last return of closing and ask ITO to cancel the pan number allotted in name of firm.

If all partners except one resign or quit the form then partnership dissolves and then it that situation it runs as a proprietory concern. Apply for fresh certificate as proprietary firm from now onwards.
