Sir,
Sale deed executed with oral condition that allow the plaintiff to stay in the house for 20 years.
Condition not fulfiled .Vakil notice served. the noticee influenced the advocate by money and the advocate wrote compromise agreement by his hand that the sale is correct and valid and with no oral condition and allowed plaintiff for 15 days more of stay and that the noticee need not reply to the notice and obtained the vendor's and vendee's signature and subsequently a suit was filed that the deed is non est.the advcate came as witness in the court and told party herself came and wrote the compromise agreement in front of me that the sale was correct. sirs, Whether the compromise agreement is valid and whether the notice stands as withdrwan.

oral condition has no value . terms of sale deed does not contain nay such clause that plaintiff can stay in house for 20 years . which purchaser will agree to such a clause ? appears to be a hypothetical query
