Incorrect pin code in agreement of assignment

Hello,

We completed agreement of assignment for a flat last week and I found that my lawyer mentioned incorrect pin code in the document.

Same mistake is done while paying for registration fee and stamp duty via online form.

Also age of seller and buyer are slightly different.

What are implications of these mistakes and what should be done to correct these?

It is a mere clerical mistake which can be rectified in case of dispute over the agreement, by reading and interpreting the whole clause of the agreement.

These are minor mistakes. The small mistake / difference in on line challan would not effect the issue of stamp in correct name. However, if you still want to rectify prepare rectification deed.
