Second fir

Hello Sir,

one of my friend has been harassed by a person by sms and phone calls, on that she has lodged a complaint and FIR is also registered.

Now after two months the same harassment again started by the same person.

so, could we ask the Police to register another FIR, so that it deter the accused to stop this harassment and once case goes into the court for the first FIR, we have complaints to prove his acts.

could police has right to decline for registering another FIR even though the crime happens at two different time.

Yes, second FIR can also be registered.

For second subsequent act, another FIR can be registered,

There are two different cause of actions on different dates, so two different FIRs can be registered.
