Remarriage

My friend who is a widower and now wants to marry a widow , She is having a boy child .

Now query is if after marriage of my friend , as per Hindu rights will this boy child be entitled for all rights of my friend or of first father ( his father have expired). If not what are statements do we have to take from this widow before marriage.

He will not be having share in property of your friend.

A lil correction, he won't have any share in your friend's property, unless your friend adopts him, then he would have same rights as his biological son.
