Period limitation to file protest petition

If police files a B Report will the complainant be informed by the court apart from information from police.

What is the procedure to file protest petition and the period limitation. When will the period limitation start for filing protest petition.

The de facto complainant is given notice on submission of FRT.
oN RECEIPT OF NOTICE THE DE FACTO COMPLAINANT IS GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IS STAND CLEAR ON IT.
There is no time limit for this.

Complainant can file his objection even on the same day of his appearance while B report filed by the police.
