we have drafted the conveyance deed for teh sale of House propety on acccount of we ar the purchaser . we want to incorporate POA clause in the draft of conveyance deed .

so to register the POA is the incidental to execution of conveyance deed .

is stamp duty levy on the poa ?
is there a minimum stamp duty on POA ?

The stamp duty on POA in Haryana is Rs. 100/- only and the same is Rs. 500/- in Maharashtra so it differs.
