Hi,
I had recently purchased a resale flat from a person who had paid for parking to the builder and got the said letter in his name. However the society is not yet formed by the builder as he applied late in CIDCO and the other flat owners are saying that they will cancel my parking once society is formed and will auction parking space. Please advise as what remedies do I have and against whom to recover my rights/money paid towards parking.
I possess the parking letter issued in name of previous owner of flat. There is no such receipt issued by him for the said amount and the amount was paid in cash by previous owner. There is an understanding whereby the builder issues letter to the person who pays for parking. how do I recover the same money.

builder has no powers to sell car parking slot . it forms part of common area . ask seller for refund of money paid for parking slot

Parking slot forms common area, builder can not sell it out. You can get refund from seller.

yes No right and power to sell car parking by the builder so get back the money as suggested by experts
