Change of name of the purchaser in the sale deed

sir,
kindly guide as how to rectified the name of the purchaser which was entered wrong by the seller in the registered sale deed which was held in Tigaon tehsil of Faridabad

before signing agreement did you not read the contents . ? your lawyer will prepare deed of rectification . have it duly stamped and registered

Prepare and get registration of the deed of registration.

If seller and buyer both are agree to rectify the error then the same process is again required to be adopted for the its registration otherwise a suit for declaration is required to be filed.
