Sir,
If lady in cross examining after saying lot a grab in Examining Chief & cross examination says that i am still ready to live with accused if he leave the second wife, because she is responsible for all this & it is because she had illicit realtion with accused bfore marriage,
So what is credibilty of grab she said in 164 & 161

Dear Victim, whosoever you are,
The question arises, how you are concerned with the proble, when you are also a lady (housewife, as per your profile) and asking question on lady's examination/cross-examination, while the statement has relevance to the husband, and not that lady, who has already given her statement?
Secondly, your query of purely of academic nature seemingly by some unconcerned person.
So, if you want just to enhance your knowledge, better consult the lawyer of that lady as to "what is credibilty of grab she said in 164 & 161," who advised her to stale like that.
