Ex-parte divorce

i hav one child who is 2 and a half years old.and there is nothing in my relation ship i got married in 2010 in pressure. is ex-parte divorce is possible .because my wife is not ready for the divorce.

Unless your wife agrees, you can not get divorce so easily or remarry.
You did spoil life of a woman by marrying her when you were in love with someone else.

but barman sir is der any way to get ex-parte divorce if she is not agree i really want to leave her even my whole family is supporting her .n if yes then how much time will dis ex-parte take.she beats me even for money.

No procedure for ex-party divorce in such condition. Contested divorce may take 3-5 years or more and fate is uncertain. Domestic violence and other cases linked with divorce may be started against you.
