Regarding cheques bounced due to insufficient funds in the account

(Querist) 01 April 2014 This query is : Resolved 
A stockist made payment to my wife's company by cheques. These cheques got dishonoured on presentation to her banker during month of Nov 2013 due to insufficient balance of funds.

What action can be taken against the stockist who issued cheques and is not making payment due asking first return of dishonoured cheques?

It is too late now for cheque bouncing case.
You can now file case only for cheating or money suit in civil court.
