Preparing a will

(Querist) 31 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I have inherited some properties from my father both through partition and will . I have two sons. what are their rights over these properties.

Am I the absolute owner of all these properties as self acquired and write a will as I like and give enjoyment right to my wife till her death.

Yes, the properties are your considered to be your self acquired property and you can deal with it in any manner you like.

Property is to be treated as self acquired property in your hands. Get the will drafted and better get it registered.
