Share of wife in husbands self acquired property

sir

as per new amendment whether in case of divorce wife will get share in husbands self acquired property?

i have a land property of 10 acres i got the property in the way of will after partition.

in case of divorce now my wife will get share in self acquired property or not?

The wife still has no share in husband's property.

sir but in latest amendment written that wife can claim a share in immovable property during pendency of divorce case u/s13(c)

‘13F (1) Without prejudice to any custom or usage or any other law for the time
being in force, the court may, at the time of passing of the decree under section 13C on
a petition made by the wife, order that the husband shall give for her and children as
defined in section 13E, such compensation which shall include a share in his share of
the immovable property (other than inherited or inheritable immovable property) and
such amount by way of share in movable property, if any, towards the settlement of
her claim, as the court may deem just and equitable, and while determining such
compensation the court shall take into account the value of inherited or inheritable
property of the husband.

it has not yet been passed by lok sabha . it has to be passed by both houses of parliament

I think you are a female in the guise of a male that is why you are so curious about a thing which is not there. The law is yet to take birth, dont know whether it will take birth or will be terminated before that.
