Dear
there is case filed against propertly owned by my father. the grandchildren of the property owner have filed the case against my father after the demise of their grandmother and their parents and we had sold the property. The case was filed after 30 - 35 years the property was purchase by my father. They are not able to prove or submit any valid documents in the court till date. My father passed away recently.
Please advice if the case would applicable to the children?

if the Plaintiffs ie grand children are not able to prove their case it would be dismissed after trial

Should we the children still need to attend the court?

Your description needs some clarification, where you have stated, "we had sold the property." What do you mean by "we", your father or mother or you children of your father? However, since the case relates to property, if you people don't attend the court after demise of your father, the case can be decided ex-parte, which can even go in favour of the plantiff and against your interest.

well advised by the expert. the court need to be attended to avoid ex-party proceedings against you.
