Obtaining copy of conveyance deed.

sir how can i obtain the copy of a registered sale deed?
The property has been sold in 2009(i was not a party to this sale deed because this flat was in the share of Landowner, whereas i am a developer) but i need its copy as i need to check certain clauses of it.

You can apply for its certified copy form the concerned registration office.
