Husbands right on dead wife's property

"If the husband remarried before the death of the first wife and they dont have children, then will husband have right on first wife's property after her death?"

seems to be an academic query . how can husband remarry during subsistence of earlier marriage . ?in any case he is legal heir of his wife and will inherit her property
