(Querist) 27 January 2014 This query is : Resolved 
My Father has two home self aquire and both home on my mothers name tax,bill,payment slip.
Now tell me who is main owner of homes.my mother or father ??
And who has right to sale property or part withinn children??

since both properties are standing in your mother name your mother can dispose the said property as she pleases
