i want to purchase the property from the Noida as industrial leasehold property from a private company ? what preliminary documents are rrequired to get from the seller?

ask for original documents inspection . take 30 years search. whether lease rentals have been paid . etc

when leasehold property purchased , is it also cover the FSI OR NOT? to whom FSI is avaailable ? Lessor? Lessee? when a lessee wants to transfer the lease period and tr the plot to another buyer and lessor is the Utter pradesh industrial dev corp , is it Fsi deemed to be cobvered in Lesae plot and premises there on ?
what ? we have to ask to whom we r purchasing the leasehold property at the preliminary stage ?
