Mrtp appicable of private schools in andhra pradesh

Dear Forum Members,

There is a School which is not recognized by DEO(Competent Authority)

But placing misleading ads on their school boards.

Misleading Ads i.e.
100% results every year.

A complaint can be filed to the commission of MRTP about this against this school.

A complaint cannot be filed in the commission of MRTP about said ads. against school.

u can file writ in high court.

Instead of going through MRTP, why dont you file a complaint before District education Officer who is authorized to ensure closure of unrecognized schools in his area failing which writ against that particular officer?
