no, it cannot be accepted as ex.document.

In certain cases where the original document cannot be filed before the court assuming its utility importance, the photocopy of the same after comparing it with the original by the court office Administrative officer, it may be allowed to mark as an exhibit by the witness, and if there is an objection by the opposite side, it may be marked as subjected to objection

In any case photocopy cannot be exihibited but marked and referred at the time of arguments.
