hello sir,
i have a query regarding accidental issue.
in bulandshahr, U.P. a accident was held, and sumone filed an FIR of this. in FIR, he told a wrong number of vehicle but the name of vehicle he told is Bolero car. after this the police found the same number matched with a car but it was WagonR not Bolero. the police said that fir has been made and you have to get bail and ready for court proceeding. but in actualy the owner of WagonR did not make an accident. what to do in that case? kindly provide me the solutions. tghanx in advance.

Yes take bail first and with the help of complainant get the matter dropped from PS or through high court.

You need to immediately make complaint in writing to the higher police officials instead of owning the issue otherwise you shall have to face long humiliation in facing the trial.
