Wife not ready to stay in rented house

Hi

My wife is not getting well with me and my family. I asked her we will stay seperate in rented house but she is refusing to do it.

Any idea why she is saying like this? is it related to property anyhow?

YOU SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO UNDERSTAND BETTER SINCE YOU KNOW HER, YES PROBABLY PROPERTY CAN ALSO BE A REASON ANY WAYS WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY?

Can she claim anything in my property if we get divorce?

I am going to tranfer my share in house to my mother by release deed? Is it right way of doing it?

Wife is entitled to claim share under Protection of women under domestic Violence Act. She can claim maintenance from you.

Your question is confined only upto right of residence in your house after divorce and I am of the firm opinion that she has go no such right after formal passing of decree of divorce.
