carpet area sale is mandatory however state is charging stamp duty on super built up area

super built area is 20% extra of carpet area, so the stamp duty is fix along with the valuation of super built area.
there is no any changes of stamp duty charge.

stamp duty is charged upon carpet area or built up area not on super built up area
