Dear sir /mam According to muslim law if the parents are divorced or separated to whom the responsibility of the child goes either father or the mother.? If father at what age the child can be taken.

if mother takes the child upto which age of male child she is responsible for custody.
if she remarries than to whom will get custody of child (male)goes..?

pls gv clear details regarding d issue

we r planning for divorce

so iam fighting to get my child aged 3months but she refused to gv me even after 4/5years also.
I need my son pls gv ur suggestion rajkumar sir.

welfare of child is paramount consideration . since child is v young custody would ordinarily be given to mother. you can get visitation rights
