hi iam anil , i got a summon of mahila court for sec 125 crpc from my wife side and hearing is on 22 oct at delhi. also i got AB of my all famly member already and my wife advocate has copy paste the same story which is mentioned on FIR for 498a and the same is on WS and the same is on Sec 125 and i hve evidences. my query is tht when will i put evidences like travel expenditure, her nose operation certificate,etc shall i put evidence on reply of sec 125 or shall i put at later stage..
