On successful decision by High Court on the case fought between my Grandfathers, I have received one shop In the main market in Udaipur(Rajasthan). This shop is co-owned by me and my cousins.This shop was rented by my grandfather since last 50 years,now with the decision coming in our favour ( the shop is now jointly co-owned by me and my cousin)and title being changed thru haqrasi,can we force the tenant evict the shop or a separate case is to be lodged for eviction.

You have not mentioned whether your grandfathers fought the case against the tenant or someone else and on what count. So, the relationship of your inheritence and tenant's relation with the decision if HC needs to be clarified.
