Seperation of building from a soceity

We have 04 buildings in oir soceity. 03 buildings have strenfgth of 16 members each and 01 building has strenghth of 12 members.
Our building with a strength of 12 members would like to seperate from the soceity to creat a new soceity & undergo redevelopment on our own.

Can we seperate from the soceity.

How do we need to proceed.

has conveyance been executed by builder in favour of the society? is the land on which the 4 buildings stand separately demarcated? are separate accounts being maintained building wise ?
