hi sir My wife using facebook account by fake name as his real name is (kavitha) and she is using by the name of (smarnika) in this her intro shows that she is unmarried & she interested in men.She also having affair with so many people intersted in men and she uploading photos without mangalsoothr photo, she attending court at that point of time she ware mangalsoothr ofter words she remove that, i am having a proof of that.And sir you suggest me to change my life,sir my attiude always normal & calm only iam guy who adjusting her from last 8 months aftr being harras by so many times,evn now we running to court get justice, evn she staying in pg banglore join tha college start bitching on face book daily she going out with some one Wat does it mean, sir i have proof that she start flatting on facebook she accepting a friends like at tha age of 21 to 45 her age is 23 she lying with every one that i am not married i am int in long drive,outing in cool place, having fun etc...,and sir my father in law asking 20lack for out of court settlement started harassing my mom dad to give money science from 4 month i am having in my mobile recording when they call and ask money they using bad worst words 3rd grade language using in mobile phone sir science from 4 months i am collecting proofs, her family int is that making money, in my home she taken a gold and run away,tha worth gold of rs:10,00,000 , she saying that if u r not give money ill put another case o ur family tha mahilla police station they also supporting to her and they blackmailing like any thing what to do sir plz help me It will help in divorce & quash tha case 498a or not?pls tell me sir

AS FAR AS MANGAL SUTRA USED IN COURT ROOM, AND REMOVING OUTSIDE, YOU HAVE NO REMEDY. Though intention is malafide, it is not illegal.
Using fake name, attracting males of her age and outing etc, gather proof, [water tight, with photographs and hotel/ garden scene, hire detective service,
If you successfully prove it, amounts to adultery, and man accompanying will be punished, if he knows she is a married woman.
At least you can created ground for Divorce.
Her intentions will be proved by face book chatting & going c boys .
Other cases , u need to defend on merit.
Now a days, Wife are taking undue advantage of Woman oriented Laws, and Few money crazy greedy Advocates support and encourage such immoral and illegal activity, of such wife bitching on face book daily & advise bitch to produce Bas***d. ADM OF JUSTICE TOO SUPPORT IT FOR CORRUPTION.
FIGHT AGAINST INJUSTICE AND IMMORAL ACT OF SUCH WIFE.
Try divorce her asap.

Lodge a complaint with local police.
File a suit for divorce. She does not appear to be interested to lead a normal married life.

About your statement, "she also having affair with so many people intersted in men and she uploading photos without mangalsoothr photo," means you have not been able to create her interest in you. Better try to create her interest in you. However, if you actually want to get rid of her somhow or the other, do as advised by the experts above. But, only with solid proof, not by mere statement.
