Dear Sir,
My father owned a room in registered society in Mumbai & there was three nominee registered with the society, My mother, Myself & my younger brother.
After the death of my father society has transferred said room in my mothers name, now my mother & my younger brother both died & the said room in still on my mothers name & my brother’s wife is staying there.
Now I want the copy of the nomination form submitted by my father in society.
How should I get this…? I have written two three letters to society but they are not responding…
Please advice..

members are entitled to take inspection of society records . also are entitled to copies of documents on society records on payment of society charges .

I society is not providing the desired documents, make complaint to the registrar and even then if the desired documents are not supplied to you then use RTI Act with the office of regsitrar.
