My enemy filed a case on me for beating him. but that time i was on job in other state. What will be problem for me if i not surrender at Police station.
and how can i save my self

if you know surely that complaint was booked, if yes, the police will call you, or send notice to you, at the time you will state your version.

If you are sure and offences are non bailable then you will have to apply for the anticipatory bail. Some times police will call for the enquiry. At that time you can produce the document to show that you were out of station of the date of offence committ4ed.

Obtain the certificate from your office to the effect that on the said day and time, you were in your office and then apply for anticipatory bail from the sessions court of that are under whose jurisdiction FIR has been lodged against you.
